THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF CARGO BY “IMPORT” PROCEDURE
- Copy of the foreign Contract,IDN of the Contract.
- Invoice, including the number of the Contract, INCOTERMS, description of the cargo, Contract details of the vendor and the customer.
- Translation of the invoice, in case if the document is written in a foreign language.
- Packing list, including thenet weight, grossweight, andpackaging.
- Transportation documents: bill of lading, CMR, TIR, RWBL, airway bill.
- Permits: certificate of origin, phyto-sanitary certificate, veterinary certificate, licenses etc.
- Export Declaration (master copy).
- Price-list of the manufacturer.
- Technical manual.
- Payment order on the customs duties.
- Copy of the Contract for cargo delivery including the cost of services and method of payment (In case if INCOTERMS is FCA,FOB,EXW.)
Charges on delivery of goods include the cost of transportation, cost of loading, unloading, re-loading of goods, charges on insurance of the goods (insurance bonus).
